Greenlist is a service for businesses (B2B). We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). Note: the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR) was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025.
Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG and general law. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
