A Plan of Action is Amazon's required response to a warning. It is accepted when it briefly proves three things: root cause, immediate action and prevention.
Template structure
- Root cause — what exactly was missing (e.g. no Declaration of Conformity with the applicable standards).
- Immediate action — what you have already done (obtained/uploaded the evidence).
- Prevention — which process prevents it going forward (per-SKU pre-import check).
- Evidence — reference to the uploaded documents.
Tone rules
Factual, short, no blame. The most convincing prevention paragraph is a real process.
