Upload Amazon compliance document — the process explained

Amazon bundles product evidence in Manage Your Compliance in Seller Central. Uploads are rejected when the document type, product reference or named standards do not match the request.

The process

  1. Seller Central → Manage Your Compliance: overview of which ASINs need which evidence.
  2. Map the evidence type — Declaration of Conformity, test report, Responsible Person, labelling.
  3. Upload in the required format (usually a readable PDF that concerns the exact product).
  4. Watch the review status — accepted / rejected / under review.

The four most common rejection reasons

Check 5 products before you buy

Greenlist shows you the relevant test paths, the open evidence gaps and the questions for your supplier — per SKU, before the PO. Greenlist drafts the document-solvable evidence (declaration of conformity, RoHS DoC, listing block) and tells you where accredited lab testing is required.

Greenlist identifies regulatory test paths, documentation gaps and formal evidence risks based on the product data entered. No confirmation of conformity, no final assessment of measurement results, no substitute for accredited testing, a notified body or legal advice.
