Importing electronics, chargers & power supplies from China
If you import chargers or power supplies from China into the EU you become the legal importer. Several EU acts overlap: electrical safety, EMC, substance restriction, energy efficiency, disposal — and since 28 Dec 2024 the USB-C duty.
